westside fun POLICIES
DROP OFF & PICK UP:
- Please sign in and out with your councillor upon arrival and departure each day at camp.
- Drop off is at 8:45am/9:00am
- Pick up is at 4:00 pm
- Please sign out your child with a staff member who is supervising the playground.
- Drop off and Pick up will take place outside in the playground. In the case of poor weather, these items will take place inside the gym.
EARLY DROP OFF / LATE PICK UP:
Early drop off (between 8 and 9 am) and late pick up (between 4 and 5 pm) is available and will be charged at $7 per hour for mornings ($35/week) and $10 per hour for afternoons ($50/week). You must indicate at the time of registration if you require early drop off or late pick up and fees will be invoiced and payable in advance.
ABSENCE AND LATE ARRIVAL:
To ensure the safety of all campers, we must be informed as soon as possible in advance if your camper will be late or absent for the day
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
“A full refund minus a $50.00 Admin Fee will be issued for all cancellations received in writing 45 days prior to the start of Camp Week 1 (May 17th, 2024.) No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after the cut off date of May 17th, 2024.
REGISTRATION PROCESS & CHANGE REQUESTS:
Registrations are processed in the order they are received. If the group you are interested in is full, please send an email to [email protected] asking to be placed on the waiting list (please include the child’s name, age, contact number, group and week). Campers are grouped based on age to ensure that every camper enjoys activities designed for their age group. Reasonable change requests are not guaranteed and will only be made / considered if space permits. Changes made after May 17th, 2024 will incur a $25.00 change fee. We cannot accept registrations once a week is in session. Westside Fun Day Camp does not prorate fees for parts of week sessions.
ALLERGIES:
Westside Fun is a nut free camp. Please ensure that you pack nut free snacks (AM and PM) and lunches for your child each day. All Administrators and counselors are trained to administer epipens. Registrants are required to indicate any allergies or sensitivities that your camper may have so that administrators and counselors are aware. While every effort is made to ensure that campers enjoy a safe and healthy environment, there may be certain extreme conditions that cannot be reasonable accommodated. Please contact [email protected] prior to registration to discuss any concerns or accommodations that may be required.
